Power of Inspiration to Choose and Inspire Change

This three-day workshop is for those who are seeking a fundamental change in their lives. It provides the energy and models for change through interactions with inspiring people doing inspiring work, through presentations of how change takes place, and through exercises that encourage deep reflection and new ways of perception and behaviour.

Fee for the Retreat Rs. 18,000 per person. Which includes materials for the activities, accommodation and food for the 3 days.

Participants will meet people in the international community of Auroville who, inspired by an ideal, are making a difference in society.

They will gain an insight into their work and, through that, into some of the activities engaged in by larger community, and they will hear the stories of what inspired these individuals to take up this work and make changes in their own lives.

They will learn how inner change is manifested in outer action and how this, in turn, fuels further inner evolution.

We live in a world of constant change. At one level, this requires us to learn the skills of adaptation but, at a deeper, personal level, we are also challenged to question our fundamental beliefs and perspectives upon the world.

This can be deeply unsettling as it involves risks associated with stepping out of our comfort zone and into the unknown. However, the discovery of new perspectives and core values can provide an indispensable compass for charting our way in an ever-changing world. They can also provide the bedrock upon which adaptive strategies can be based.

In addition, exercises will help participants identify their present patterns of behaviour, identify their core values, identify blockages to change, and map out ways in which change at the individual level can take place. By the end of the course, participants should have confidence in their ability to initiate important changes in their lives and have a clearer sense of what those changes could be and how they can happen.
