Every day we will look at one of the five Joyful Living themes (see below under schedule), the ingredients for making ordinary days extraordinary.

You will explore what each theme means to you personally and how to commit to bringing them out more in your life. You will learn tools to overcome self limiting beliefs that may stop you from doing so.

The retreat programme offers an energising mix of activities - from yoga, meditation and mindfulness visualisations to dance, life coaching, ceremonies and art. In a warm and supportive group of maximum 8-10 participants, you will connect with what matters most in your life and commit to living that.

You will experience the benefits of Joyful Living first hand as every day at the retreat you live according to the 5 themes:

  • Waking up mindfully
  • Opening mind and body through yoga and meditation
  • Enjoying an energising breakfast
  • Exploring the theme of the day in a fun and heartfelt flow
  • Discovering delicious vegan lunches
  • Gathering for commitment and other ceremonies
  • Completing the day mindfully

In the evenings you can take a walk through the forest to discover the magic of Auroville.
