Despite the advancement of modern medicine, people continue to suffer from ill health. Various diseases have become common in our society. Chronic pain, tiredness, indigestion, insomnia, hypertension and heart failure, are common maladies degrading our lives.
The body falls sick due to two basic factors – toxicity and deficiency. If we remove these factors, then a vast majority of ailments can be treated effectively. Natural healing juices have been used to treat disease for thousands of years.
This Retreat draws on this knowledge to strengthen the body and mind, with a healthy dose of organic fruit and vegetable juice.
In this Retreat, you will undertake a juice detox program, for a minimum of 3 days, consisting only of fresh juices made from carefully selected organic fruits, vegetables and greens. The program can start on any weekday of your choice, subject to availability.
The juice diet will aid in the release of toxins, which can manifest as headaches, tiredness, body pains, nausea and/or disturbed sleep, during the retreat.
All these symptoms are normal, and only indicate that the body is successfully releasing harmful toxins that have been stored up.
A diet of fruit, vegetable and green juices, especially when organic, nourishes the body, flushes waste out of the system, provides vitamins & minerals, and helps prevent disease in the process.
During the retreat, you will be served various juices 9-10 times a day at regular intervals. Rest is strongly advised during the remainder of the day, along with yoga and massage. At the end of the retreat, you will feel refreshed and rejuvenated, and be inspired to lead a healthy lifestyle.
Other benefits include increased mental clarity, emotional balance, diminished or disappearance of pains & allergies.
